De XL-appartementen hebben een ruime woonkamer met (aansluitingen voor de) open keuken en toegang tot het zonnige balkon of terras. Het merendeel van de X-Large appartementen heeft 2 buitenruimtes. Zie jij straks dus de zon opkomen of geniet je na een lange werkdag nog van de avondzon, met zicht op het prachtige groen dat Park Valley een fijne plek maakt om te wonen. De appartementen hebben een L-vormige hal, met ruimte voor de garderobe, die toegang biedt tot alle vertrekken van de woning.
Genoeg slaapkamers
Via de hal kun je naar de 3 slaapkamers en de badkamer, die is voorzien van wastafel en douche. Ook is hier een separaat toilet en een technische ruimte waar je de wasmachine en droger kwijt kunt. Net als alle woningen in Park Valley hebben de X-Large appartementen een comfortabel binnenklimaat, dankzij vloerverwarming, hoogwaardige isolatie en drievoudige zonwerende beglazing.
Parkeren
Bij elk appartement bieden we de mogelijkheid om een parkeerplaats af te nemen in de garage onder het complex. Er zijn parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar met laadpaal voor €49.500 en zonder laadpaal voor €39.900.

Plenty of light
The XL apartments have a spacious living room with (connections for the) open kitchen and access to the sunny balcony or terrace. Most of the X-Large apartments have two outdoor spaces, so you can watch the sunrise or enjoy the evening sun after a long day’s work, with a view of the beautiful greenery that makes Park Valley such a nice place to live. The apartments have an L-shaped hall with space for a wardrobe and provide access to all the other rooms.
Plenty of bedrooms
Through the hall you can reach the three bedrooms and the bathroom, which is equipped with a sink and shower. There is also a separate toilet and a technical room where you can install a washing machine and dryer. Like all homes in Park Valley, the X-Large apartments have a comfortable indoor climate thanks to underfloor heating, high-quality insulation and triple sun-protective glazing.
Parking
For each apartment, we offer the option to purchase a parking space in the garage beneath the complex. There are spaces available with a charging station for €49,500 and without a charging station for €39,900.
