De voordeur van dit appartement biedt toegang tot de entreehal. Straks doen we een rondje door de gang, maar eerst door naar het woongedeelte. Ook wel het hart van het huis waar je kookt, eet en natuurlijk neerploft op de bank. Allemaal in één open ruimte, dus als je een etentje host blijf je tijdens het koken gezellig in contact met je gasten. De dubbele openslaande deuren naar het brede balkon maken het plaatje compleet.
Een slaapkamer voor iedereen
In de hal vind je drie slaapkamers, waarvan er één grenst aan het balkon. De badkamer is voorzien van een wastafel en douche, het toilet is separaat. Tot slot zijn er twee bergingen. Één wat kleiner met de energie-installaties, de ander heeft aansluitingen voor de wasmachine en droger. Bij elk appartement bieden we de mogelijkheid om een parkeerplaats af te nemen in de garage onder het complex. Er zijn parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar met laadpaal voor €49.500 en zonder laadpaal voor €39.900.

A bedroom for everyone
Down the hall, you will find three bedrooms, one of which is adjacent to the balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and shower, the toilet is separate. There are also two storage rooms. One is a bit smaller and houses the power installations, the other has connections for a washing machine and dryer. For each apartment, we offer the option to purchase a parking space in the garage beneath the complex. There are spaces available with a charging station for €49,500 and without a charging station for €39,900.
