Park Valley is the new residential area in the Holland Park neighbourhood in Diemen. Park Valley's second phase will feature 59 apartments with different living areas ranging from 50 m2 to 149 m2. Aanbod Park Valley fase 2a blok I en J
Alle woningen in fase 1 van Park Valley zijn verkocht. Het is dus tijd om te starten met de voorbereidingen van de volgende fase van dit nieuwbouwproject in Diemen. Fase 2a Blok I en J bestaat uit 59 appartementen in 6 verschillende typen, namelijk de volgende:

Park Valley Phase 2a blocks I and J
All homes in Phase 1 of Park Valley have been sold. Which means it's time to start preparing for the next phase of this new build project in Diemen. Phase 2a Blocks I and J consist of 59 apartments in six different types, namely the following:

Planning
De eerste fase met 41 koopwoningen is eind 2023 opgeleverd. De verkoop van fase 2 start in het voorjaar van 2024. Dit zijn 59 appartementen in verschillende soorten en maten. De bouw van deze fase start naar verwachting in het 2e kwartaal van 2025 en de oplevering in het 3de kwartaal van 2026.
Schedule
The first phase with 41 owner-occupied homes was completed at the end of 2023. The sale of Phase 2 will start in spring 2024. These are 59 apartments available in various types and sizes. Construction of this phase is expected to start in the second quarter of 2025, with completion in the third quarter of 2026.
