The construction will start in 2025

Congratulations: construction of your home in Park Valley Phase 2a Block H is finally underway! All suspensive conditions, as included in the building contract, have been fulfilled.

What does this mean for you?

1. Prepare notary visit

If you need a (partial) mortgage, please have your bank or advisor send the mortgage documents to the notary as soon as possible.

Are you paying from your own resources? Then we request that you contact the notary immediately to make this known. Then an appointment can be made to sign the deed of transfer.

2. Notary visit

Now that construction is finally underway, you will soon be able to visit the project notary. Notary office Brummelhuis will take care of the legal delivery of your home and will contact you to schedule your appointment to sign the deed of delivery and any mortgage deed. Are you paying from your own resources? Then you can already contact the notary yourself to schedule an appointment.

3. Invoices and interest

The value date (date the land becomes interest-bearing) is January 1, 2025, according to Article 4 of the purchase agreement. This is shifted in your favor to February 1, 2025. From then on, you will owe interest on past due invoices from your purchase and/or construction agreement.

During the passing of the deed(s) at the notary, the (outstanding) invoices are paid. After the deed(s) are passed at the notary, the future invoices for the construction installments are paid from the construction deposit or you do this from your own funds.

4. Start of construction

The contractor Dura Vermeer Bouw Midden West B.V.is expected to start the (construction) work in the spring of 2025. Until then, the contractor is busy with all preparations for construction. This includes engineering and preparation procurement of the various components. The buyer's advisors, Linnet Cortlever and Rick Bierman, have already been in touch with many buyers to schedule a consultation about the additional and less work. If you bought recently, they will contact you after the Christmas recess, which lasts until January 6.

The digital platform (Mijn Thuis) will be used for all written communication from the contractor. All buyers have or will receive an activation link by email. From Mijn Thuis, most communication with the buyer's advisors takes place. Also the making and confirmation of the consultation is done through Mijn Thuis. Through this platform you will be kept informed periodically during the construction period about the progress.

Finally, a practical point: if you live somewhere else (temporarily) before the completion of your new home, don't forget to change your address details in your account and pass this on to the contractor.

During the construction period we will invite you, together with the contractor, to a festive meeting to get acquainted with your future neighbors. Together we will raise a glass to a successful construction!
